I didn't really believe...
I didn't really believe you could do a whole business plan in 10 hours, having written plans before for other businesses, but I found out you can. I assume it because you focus only on restaurants, so you cut out a lot of wasted effort on things that don't apply to this type of business that you get in other plan packages. I guess it is bad for you, since you can only sell to restaurant owners instead of all businesses, but it turned out great for me- thank you. -Ellen G., Boston, MA
